Krasnodar, 5 January. Forty-eight health-care and educational facilities were reportedly built in Krasnodar Krai in 2021.
“Seven rural medical posts and 18 GP offices were opened at the cost of the regional budget. Nineteen outpatient’s departments underwent capital repairs. Besides, 2,500 pieces of medical equipment were bought to the total amount of 2.8 billion roubles, and 344 vehicles were bought for hospitals,” Vice Governor Anna Minkova reported last week.
“As for the educational sector, opening of additional seats remains our priority task. Twelve schools were opened in 2021. Five schools were thoroughly repaired – in Anapa, Armavir, Abinsk and Slaviansk Rayons. From the regional budget, 800 million roubles were assigned for repair works of various types. Besides, 11 new kindergartens were opened and five thoroughly repaired in 2021 – opening up 2,500 new seats, but the demand keeps on growing. We need additional 1,635 seats,” she added.
In 2021, upgrading was the main word in the cultural sector: 119 municipal community centres were repaired and furnished with required equipment. The expenditures for the social sphere scheduled for 2022 will be 241 billion roubles.
