Krasnodar, 13 July. A new mobile vaccination unit has reportedly opened in Krasnodar.
Since July 13, it works 7 days a week at the Krasnodar Gallery Mall. The medical staff can receive five patients at once, up to 1,000 a day. In total, there are 60 vaccination units in the city. By now, over a million Kuban inhabitants have been vaccinated.
In addition to that, profound medical checkups will be organized for adult patients who have recovered from COVID-19. The checkups are held at 93 hospitals.
“Over 7,000 patients have already undergone medical checkups. For remote settlements, 44 mobile medical teams are being used,” Minister of Public Health Yevgeni Filippov explained.
A profound checkup consists of two stages. At the first stage, a patient can undergo seven examinations and see a GP. Following its results, the physicians will define likely risks and proneness to chronic diseases and may request the patient to undergo the second stage: echo-cardiography, computer tomography of lungs and Doppler sonography of the vessels of lower extremities.
