Krasnodar, 18 June. The first trolleybus assembled in Krasnodar has reportedly taken the route in the city.
The assembly of the vehicle was completed at the Krasnodar Tramway and Trolleybus Depot in April. Then the trolleybus took part in the ElektroTrans Exhibition in Moscow. It is a low-floor trolleybus, with a universal body that may be used as the basis for three modifications: classic trolleybuses, electric buses and trolleybuses with self-contained run. The busload is 100 passengers, including 34 seats.
It is furnished with air conditioning for the heat and heating for cold weather, and is adjusted for mobility impaired passengers. The trolleybus assembly works at the Krasnodar Tramway and Trolleybus Depot began in January 2021. The components are delivered by Alkor Company, based on a trilateral contract signed by the City Hall, Director of the Depot Aleksandr Grachov, and General Director of Alkor Irina Svatkovskaya.
“At the beginning of June, we signed a municipal contract on delivery of ten trolleybuses. The vehicles will be assembled by the end of the year,” Mr. Grachov said.
