Krasnodar, 2 April. The industrial production in Krasnodar krai keeps growing swiftly.
In January – February 2021, the region’s industrial enterprises sold products to 45.2 billion roubles, or nearly by 11% more than in the same period last year. The high shipment volumes were ensured by companies specialized in the production of metallurgical and chemical goods, construction materials, machines and equipment, finished metal products, paper and paper goods.
“The year 2020 was a breakthrough for the producers of essential commodities and personal protective gears. The importance of these products remains inevitable. This fact was proven by growing figures shown by such major market players as the Armavir Rubber Plant, Yuzhfarm [pharmaceutical company], and Kuban Paper,” Director of the regional Department of Industrial Policy Ivan Kulikov announced.
According to the Department, during the first two months of the year the industrial enterprises of Krasnodar krai paid more than 1.5 billion roubles in taxes.
