Krasnodar, 7 October. Tkachev Agrocomplex will reportedly invest 2.35 billion roubles in a new project.
What is at issue is the construction and reconstruction of the pulp dryers at three sugar mills, Yuri Yeibozhenko, Food Productions Director, reported. As a result, the daily production volume of dried beet chips will grow by 2.5 times at each mill.
“We have already invested 1.5 billion roubles in the upgrading of the Tikhoretsk and Pavlovsky Sugar-Beet Mills this year. Next year, we will invest 850 million roubles in the Korenovsk Mill,” Mr. Yeibozhenko said.
He also noted that before the upgrading, the output of each of the three mills was 100 tons a day. After the modernization, the overall production of the Agrocomplex will grow by 1.7 times.
Presently the Agrocomplex owns four sugar-beet mills. The Kristall Mill in Vyselki already underwent reconstruction several year ago, and now its daily sugar production is about 350 tons, a half of the total beet sugar produced by the Company.
