Krasnodar, 21 April. All individuals entering the territory of Krasnodar krai who do not reside in the region must undergo the quarantine in an observatory.
According to the rules set forth by the Regulations No. 235 of April 17 signed by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev, all persons arrived to the region from elsewhere except for the Republic of Adyghea will have to remain under medical surveillance for 14 days.
As for the permanent residents of the region, upon arrival they will be self-isolated at home, also for 14 days.
The Regulations also established a ban on visiting cemeteries, except for the cases of interment, until April 26.
Commenting on the issue, Vice Governor Anatoli Voronovsky said that 15 road patrol posts have been opened on the entrance roads to Krasnodar krai.
Officials of the regional Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities are issuing passage permits for transit vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As on now, over 33,000 permits have been issued and their data entered in the single database.
Most of the transit vehicles entering the territory of Krasnodar krai are trucks.
