Krasnodar, 8 November – Yug Times. Russian entrepreneurs are way behind their international counterparts in terms of technologies and speed of reaction. How can the situation be improved?
Aleksandr Sintsarev has succeeded in the sphere of strategic and tactical planning, marketing, and anti-crisis management. Currently he shares his business competences at trainings and master classes. “I myself went the way of entrepreneurs, and I believe that people can open their own business without any investment. What is needed is just persistence and regular actions. I hold personal consultations and master classes to convey my experience to others; I help them begin their business or build it stepwise. Sometimes it is enough to perform two or three key actions to enter a new level.
“I have developed a sales strategy that does not need scripts. What managers and plain consumers need is human attitude and understanding. There exist only three sales elements - time, need and resources. My upcoming book will relate about them.
“Each of these elements is responsible for decision-taking and may be enforced by exceeding of value. The technology is not new, but I re-developed it in my own way. All people have similar tools, they just use them differently.
“We are way behind in technologies and speed of reaction. We spend a lot of time for re-checking rather than testing. We must try and do something. This is my advice to beginning entrepreneurs.”
